About Chef Deb

Deb Taylor of Carmine, Texas, is the owner of Heritage Haus Bed & Breakfast and the "Happy Belly", her Airstream Mobile Kitchen. Her passion for healthy cuisine and multi-cultural flavors has been inspired by international travel. She loves to experiment with whole spices, fresh herbs, and interesting recipes using ingredients that offer healthy alternatives to the ordinary. "I believe food should never be boring. It should always be bursting with flavor and colors, leaving you completely satisfied by honoring your mind as well as your body. It is really simple to create interesting meals just by changing the way we think about food." Her menus include, but are not limited to, vegetarian, gluten-free , and local organics as much as possible.
